Ultrapak is made from 100% cotton, woven into thousands of tiny loops forming long, interwoven chains. This unique woven design exerts a gentle, continuous outward force after placement, as the woven loops seek to open. Optimal tissue displacement occurs within 5 minutes. Ultrapak E woven cord is impregnated with racemic epinephrine hydrochloride.
