The customer has the right to unilaterally terminate this contract within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, without stating any reasons. The 14-day period for unilateral termination begins on the day when the customer or a third party designated by the customer (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods subject to the contract. If the customer wishes to exercise the right to unilateral termination, they must inform us of their decision via a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter sent by post) to:

The customer can exercise the right to termination by sending a notice within 14 calendar days from receiving the product.

The right to unilateral termination cannot be exercised under Article 86 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 19/2022) if:

1. the subject of the contract is goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly customized for the consumer

2. the subject of the contract is sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery

3. the subject of the contract is goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature
